「Die Villa hatte einige Mängel, die allerdings auf Anfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben worden sind. Insgesamt ist es halt kein Neubau. Doch das Team ist mehr als perfekt! Alle extrem nett, helfen sofort, kümmern sich, egal worum es geht. Auch wenn man nach Restaurant Tipps bei Ausflügen gefragt hat oder einfach nur etwas über die Insel erfahren wollte. Das gesamte Team ist einfach nur top!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. 」

Now the restaurant, every day you wake up with a great breakfast that will keep you going for the rest of the day. And the dining experience is hard to forget. The staff is very nice and friendly. 「We sadly only stayed for one night for my partners birthday, but we had a great time and would definitely come back. The hotel was clean, the pool was gorgeous and swimmable in November! Staff were super friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The beach is just across the road, great location, only 20 minutes from the airport. The strip is another 20 minutes down the road, well connected by local buses. Cannot fault this place! 」

「Das geräumige Bungalow war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Großes bequemes Bett. Die Küche hatte ebenfalls alles für kleinere Mahlzeiten. Nespresso Maschine vorhanden! Wir hatten nur Abendessen im Hotel. Die Auswahl war riesig und an jedem Wochentag gab es ein anderes Motto, z.B. Kanarische Küche oder arabische Küche. Die Anlage war extrem gepflegt und es wurde sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Kinderanimation war hervorragend, die Kinder haben es geliebt. Kommen gerne wieder.」

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. 」

「We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue...
