"My wife and I went here for our 10th year wedding anniversary, a well deserved treat for my wife. Our first beach side holiday. Was definitely impressed by pretty much everything they had from staff friendliness to the amenities, facilities they had as well as the view. Amazing. We got the preferred club package all inclusive, so had black card to allow us unlimited food and drink to all restaurants and cafes there. Only two negatives that we noticed was 1. that the 1st time you get food at a particular restaurant they give you a fantastic service , i.e. fast, and good food presentation, but the 2nd time you go there - then not so great. This seems to be a trend for all restaurants they have. 2. evening entertainment is fantastic but only available for 1 hr. could be longer. "

" Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful,excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent,the rooms are spotless,beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough ,it’s registered as a 5 star ,which it’s not quite,however for all it has going for it I’d recommend it for all but the most fussy of clients ! Overall great friendly hotel with excellent staff that actually care about their clients and their well being ,you can’t go wrong with this one ,absolutely spotless,thanks dream we shall return ! "My parents really enjoy their stay each time we book Cinco Plaza for them, they had a large apartment with two balconies, the apartment was spotless, the staff are really friendly, beautiful sea view, they are booked again to stay in February "
