「The hotel is unbeatable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. All areas of the hotel are spotless and perfectly managed. The size is f the hotel is perfect- not too big to feel crowded. The green areas are spectacular. There are endless sandy beaches with crystal clear waters in front of the hotel. The street between the hotel and beach is pedestrian only. 「Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. 」

「The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon. The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's. However, would I return, possibly.」
