「Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. 「Notre séjour a été au delà de nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, avant même la remise des clés, nous avons été accueillis avec égard (une serviette pour nous nettoyer les mains, un rafraîchissement). Ensuite, le personnel tout au long du séjour a été très serviable, souriant et nous a même aidé par rapport à une excursion que nous avions pris en dehors de l’hôtel.
