Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit fantastischem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer und die Anlage war sehr sauber und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Dazu kommt eine super Location direkt am Strand und man ist schnell in Corralejo. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder hin.

We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience

Nourriture ---- toujours la même chose, le midi hamburger, hot dog et poisson blanc ( toujours le même). Je n ai jamais vu d'activité malgré l affichage. Les dépendances sont plus que vétustes. J avais mon avion à 16h30 mais j ai dû quitter la chambre à midi, lors du check out on coupe le bracelet ce qui fait qu on ne peut pas manger ou boire si on souhaite rester dans l hôtel une ou deux heures supplémentaires. Le seul point positif, c est que l emplacement est vraiment très bien. Il est en plein milieu des dunes de sable.

La chambre était très propre, même si assez désuète. Il manque quelques petits équipements (bouilloire, café thé) et nous avons manqué de savon à la fin du séjour, non remplacé malgré nos demandes. Les produits de la restauration sont assez bas de gamme, mais cuisinés avec beaucoup de soin et il y a toujours plein de choix. l’emplacement est idéal. Le rapport qualité prix, globalement, est très satisfaisant.

The rooms were quite dated though clean and functional. Common spaces were ok but gym needs a refurbishment. Good food options and general quality. WiFi not working in the room. This hotel has a lot of potential but definitely needs a refurbishment.

Fantastic hotel , right on the beach . All Inclusive option super value and food is very good. Two smaller restaurants you can book too. Staff very friendly and helpful .Reception very attentive to your needs .ignore any negative comments on this property .ok it is a bit dated but so clean and well maintained .

The whole hotel needs major refurbishment. However with the threat from the local government to have the two RIU hotels demolished as they are in the National Park I very much doubt if any expense will be put into the hotel. There are three lifts in the main building severing all floors, during my stay these were not always in service. For the last two days of my stay only one lift was working, meaning many guests, old and with mobility issues had no option to wait for the one operational lift. The dining room experience was nothing but a Ruby Scrum to obtain food. Massive queues of people rushing around, it reminded of a colony of ants. Unsupervised young children trying to help themselves to food and ice cream. With the occasional smashing of crockery and food going every where. Some table servers were very attentive with water for the evening meal, some just ignored you. I appreciate with 1,400 guests things can get hectic however its up to the hotel to deal with this situation and if needs be stagger meal time allocation. So the 18.00 stampede is controlled. I do have a positive in conclusion.The hotel being on the beach is excellant

The staff is very friendly. As we were late check in, and the buffet was ending in 40 minutes, the staff helped to arranged the simple check in and let us enjoy our dinner first. Also, I left my glasses in the hotel on the last day when I was on the way to the airport. I called the receptionist and she was very helpful. She suggested and helped me to call a cap to pick up my glasses from the hotel and send us to the airports. Same as other comments that the hotel is a bit dated but it was expected. Didn’t see much comment about the food. It’s all inclusive hotel, so you can enjoy the drink and food nearly 24 hours 😆. You will find different types of food every day. They also arranged a Xmas buffet on the Xmas day, which was out of my expectations and the kids enjoyed a lot and wanted to start there forever. the hotel have two more restaurants other than the main one, which required to book in advance. As I noticed too late and can’t try all of them. I would recommend the mandarin cursine as the Spanish cruisne is same as the main one basically… We would definitely recommend and come again for next trip.

Old fashioned hotel but in a great spot, the food was decent. The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Big rooms with a great sea view. But more importantly excellent value for money.

Les installations sont vieillissantes et plutôt bien entretenues. La literie est un peu dure. L’ensemble est très propre. Les repas sont variés. L’hôtel est bien situé au milieu des dunes. À 35min de l’aéroport avec une ligne de bus juste à côté.
