"I would say the best part of this resort is the food. The quality and choice is amazing both at the buffet and in the specialty restaurants. The full stay pass for the Spa was well worth it as the outdoor pool although heated were a bit too cold for us. The staff was really nice and helpful throughout the hotel."

"Accommodation satisfactory, clean. Only downside of the apartments complex Is all the stairs….. not recommended for disability or elderly who struggle with stairs and especially a lot of them. "

"Clean and well equipped room, food was fabulous. All communal areas were clean and modern. The only slight issue was the door on the rooms were easy for toddlers/children to open making it a hazard for them to get into out, I had to ensure there was always something heavy infront of the door. Thank you for an incredible and enjoyable stay"

"Check in staff lovely. Room extremely basic. Walls like paper and next door were up all night and we could hear what they were talking about through the walls. Enamel on bath coming off showing black holes. Beds like rocks. No AC and fan requested was charged for. Thank goodness we were staying only one night"

"Drinks in the bar a bit more expensive than down on the strip but with it being on the complex it makes up for it and Lou in the bar is fab craic!. All the staff were lovely and friendly. My fav part was the Bermudas Breakfast, just perfect every day. Apartments are large and have your Kettle, toaster, microwave and two ring hob. Wifi is great except on my phone dont know why it wouldnt connect but on laptop was fab and fast. Great tv channels, Sky News, BBc 1 & 2, RTE 1 & 2, Channel 4 & 5, very handy. Love the ceiling fan in bedroom, 3 speed settings, wish there was one in living room but they have got new air con units (pay extra), safe was too small for my 10inch laptop unfortunately but handy for smaller items (pay extra). I should have asked for a fan at reception as one is definitely needed in the living area. Cleaning ladies were lovely and did a great job, didnt even see an ant!! Got great nights sleep and nice siestas some days, a quiet complex depending on your neighbours though, you get two keys, apt key and main gate key but some people just slam doors closed all the time which is a pity....proximity is bliss as yes 'cardiac hill is to the left of complex but I always use Calle Doramas instead which has two Spars, 5 bars and at least 3 restaurants and then 5min walk to beach and strip."
