"This is a wonderful hotel and so relaxing. The staff are very helpful, especially Harriett. Great food, excellent amenities and a very well maintained lounging area surrounding the pool. We will definitely be back!"

"Firstly this is a lovely hotel which is very centrally located. The rooms were cleaned every day by the amazing hard working cleaning staff, honestly nothing was too much trouble for them. Also the night staff in the bar were cheerful and happy to serve you. But that's where it stops, the cooked breakfast left a lot to be desired, and as for the breakfast staff, two in particular who were the most unpleasant I've ever come across on all my travels. They gave the impression they didn't want to be there. Also our room had no air conditioning! Just 1 fan in the bedroom which was no way near sufficient for the heat in the apartment. And finally they say there's a strict policy on booking the sunbeds, towels were on the beds from 7.30 most mornings and still on them by 9.30 with no punishment, luckily the beach was a short distance away and we spent most of our days there as we couldn't get space in the complex. I don't want to paint a bad picture, but we stayed here before and I couldn't find one fault with the place."

"Room was very clean, excellent breakfast selection. I was disappointed that there were large renovations going on and some areas were not accessible. It was difficult to find my room, reception staff didn’t explain clearly and I ended up walking around with my heavy luggage looking for my room for a long time. Pool area nice but very noisy with loud music and kids pool instructor shouting loudly most days while swimming with kids. I had to leave the pool area and enjoy the sun on my balcony instead as I’m someone who likes peaceful and quiet environment. Other than that I was happy with the hotel."

"The rooms are fabulous and well maintained by the cleaning staff. Shower is powerful and the toiletries are Rituals which are lovely so no need to black shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or body lotion. Mini bar is well stocked and prices are very reasonable. The outside beds on your patio are a lovely touch when you just want a quiet day. Danielle was the star of the show for us. She was everywhere ensuring every one was having a lovely time and checking if breakfast was okay etc. The spa was brilliant and I had 4 treatments while here, Patricia was my favourite therapist. Breakfast gave lots of choice and the restaurant manager was always at hand to ensure that everyone had what they needed. There was a large choice on the buffet with an additional menu for eggs, pancakes and tostadas. The reception staff were brilliant with Mario standing out above the others for his constant smile and positivity, his professionalism and his attention to detail. We dined at La Kentia and all was beautiful. I only wish you could order a side of potatoes or vegetables with the main as there seemed to be something absent from the dishes. We ate here twice and whilst the quality and presentation was second to none, the lack of Vegs or a Carb would make me have to think about another visit. We didn’t eat in the buffet restaurant so can’t comment on that but the menu looked very good. The sunbeds were the best we have ever lain on. The comfort was brilliant! Can’t wait to visit again."

"Nice spacious room with good bathroom, all very clean. Good range of food which was different every day we stayed, also very suitable for kids. Very tasty dishes and plenty to try. Drinks available on AI were also good. Splash pools good for kids, varied sizes of slides. Only issue was the 'reserving' of sunbeds for hours on end - people put towels etc out at breakfast then not seen for hours and there was none available for us normal people that hadn't done that. Good entertainment but probably aimed at younger kids (except pool games) so teen less interested that little ones"
