Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls super: ruhig gelegen, mit genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars/Restaurant, die fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. - Leider waren die gemeinsam genutzten Bereiche (Restaurants, Snackbar) nicht immer sauber. 「Si vous recherchez les prestations d un 5* passez votre chemin. Mais vous ne trouverez pas d autres rapports qualité/prix aussi bon avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer et sa situation dans la vieille ville. Les chambres sont un peu vieillotes et la nourriture variée mais peu goûtée. SVP il y a du bon vin à Lanzarote : ne proposez plus votre piquette ! Pour la vue préférez les appartements 400 et plus.」

「This hotel was designed, sounds daft, but design was everywhere, stark, monumental, impressive, I liked it. But it lacked a few human touches. Some hotels encourage local arts into their space, this one didn't, I like to bring home the hotel note pad and pen as a reminder but the rooms were spartan and impersonal, although our accommodation was of excellent size. 「Lovely hotel, great centrla location. Been to lanzarote a number of times and this hotel by far the best. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Will be returning.」

「We had an excellent time at this hotel. There was plenty for the kids to do. The staff were fantastic. The only downside was that I found that the beds weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. I think the mattresses are due a change. But other than that the hotel was excellent.」

「L'hotel si trova in un punto strategico dell'isola se si pensa di girarla in macchina. Le stanze sono belle e pulite, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La zona piscina è curata e pulita. La colazione varia e buona. Ottima esperienza.」

「Absolutely loved this hotel. We were on a half board basis but everything was provided in the kitchen if self catering. Bungalow was lovely and right by the bottom pool. Television only had bbc news in English but you're on holiday and can catch up when back home. Food in restaurant was delicious and had different theme every night.」
