"No hot water. And no privacy. Housekeeping opened my door without knocking!!!! Almost walked in on me while changing my clothes. Elevator dosent work. Had to walk up a million steps to the 3rd floor with our luggage. Also tried calling the hotel before checking in to extend my stay and we called 16 times!! With no answer. Horrible experience. "
