"I booked the room based on Expedia’s rating, the room was ok, enough space for a couple. There’s water included everyday. The glass door for the bathroom was a little off putting because you don’t have enough privacy. It’s in front of a hospital but we barely heard any sirens at all although there are a lot of people at all times. Its close to St. Joseph’s Cathedral and a Michelin awarded pho(Pho Ga Nguyet)place which always has a line. Breakfast was A+ per my husband because he liked that they had pho in the morning. Staff was helpful as well. Overall, will stay here again when we are back in Hanoi"

"Staff are brilliant. I was there for 2 weeks and they made me feel very welcome and they always asked how my day was etc. the hotel is right in the old quarter and was a perfect base. The breakfast is in a sister hotel only 2 minutes walk away at my pace . I didn't really eat there much. But it was basic but ok . The room is cleaned every day. 2 bottles of water in the fridge every time. I was happy here."
