"Perfectly located recover from a transatlantic flight in preparation for boarding a cruise departing from the nearby cruise terminal. It is also right next to the train station for easy access to the rest of Portugal. We found some nearby restaurants and touristy stuff to keep us busy for the few free hours that we had. The hotel was nice and the staff very accommodating."

"All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a decent variety of hot foods (eggs, sausage, bacon, beans, mushroom etc) and cold foods such as yoghurt, fresh cut fruits, breads/toast and mini pancakes. Also a good variety of hot and cold drinks. We had a ground level room with 2 floors - double bed and a sofa bed, and one bathroom. Toiletries, towels and a hair dryer were provided. Iron has to be requested from reception and returned after use. Plenty of outlets for charging electronics. Only downside, or challenge I would say, is the actual location of the hotel is if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage. To access the hotel taxi/uber will drop you on the Main Street and you have to walk down a steep cobbled road (which is a bit hidden away). It’s all part of the historic nature of the area, but a challenge when walking up if you are not used to hills or have mobility issues. There is no other way to access the hotel. No complaints about the hotel itself - we had a nice stay. There are some nice small restaurants in the area with a variety of dishes but some locals warned us to steer clear of those that try to flag you down from outside to come and eat - the quality and cleanliness of the food was the issue. "

"I arrived there very late from the airport and the receptionist was kind enough to change my room to the nearest building so I did not have to walk too long to get to my room since I would also leave early in the morning."

"Perfect location for my first trip to Lisbon. My room was big with the balcony overlooking Equine Cosmopolitans rooftop terrace You can walk to superb restaurants and wine bars within 5 minutes. The location is 1 mile from the cruise port and a quick Uber 5 or 6 miles to the airport. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, Bruno the hotel bartender recommended numerous restaurants and wine bars 🍸 in the area, he is a top notch mixologist! "

"The hotel is next to the train tracks and there are trains running as early as 6 am and late at night. You can hear the train loud and clear. The room and washroom are very small and limited space to walk around. They have no tissue in the washroom."
