Front desk were not helpful at all, the lighting in the room was broken even after we have asked them to change it, they still didn't change it and told us that they checked and there was nothing wrong with the lighting in the room when in fact you could see it right away when you enter the room that it wouldn't stop flashing.
They were also people kocking on the door for a long time at 6am in the morning, we were to scared to open the door because we had no idea whom it was, it could have been anyone from the street who just take the lift up as there were no security lock for the lift or anthing.
We had asked to borrow the umbrella for three days, evne to just borrow it for 5 minutes to let us go out to buy the umbrella to return, but the hotel only kept on telling us that they have no more and they don't know who took it all and could not help at all,
