The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful — they paid attention to the little things, and it really showed. Breakfast was amazing, especially the buffet. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short getaway. I honestly wish we had stayed longer. "Really enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific! Check-in was smooth and easy and everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. My room exceeded expectations and there was plenty of space to relax, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect for coming back from a multi day safari! There’s a Carrefour grocery store available with fresh fruits and other items that can be taken back to the room and prepared in the furnished kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again!"
