「For me personally my stay here was great. Very clean and the place has tons of room. The pictures are true 👍 But, could use a bar and/or an included breakfast. 」

「All the staff were very helpful & welcoming during our stay, I would like to thank Timothy Wabuti, Konrad Wachenyi, Lucy Wanjiru & housekeeper Tabitha. we loved the location plus its also in a quiet area, close to many amenities. we had booked for a king size which was not available at reservation but the front desk moved us to a king size bed a few days after we arrived.」

「Our experience at this property was deeply concerning. Upon arrival, we discovered visible black mold, which the management had attempted to conceal with paint. Despite the clear health risks, we were still expected to check in. The handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional, and the owner/manager showed a complete lack of accountability. If it were possible to give zero stars, we would. We strongly advise others to avoid this location for their safety and peace of mind.」

「The apartment was exactly as advertised. We had a bit of hiccups in the beginning but the team were very quick to resolve the issue and checked on us to ensure we were having a good stay. We had a late flight back and they supported us by letting us stay longer in the apartment. They also organized transportation for us from the airport which was quite handy as the driver knew exactly where to drop us as the complex is quite big with many buildings. I cannot say enough about the convenience...

「Konnte nicht einchecken, da mir vor Ort gesagt wurde das keine Buchung vorliegt, obwohl ich von hotel.com Buchungsnummer und Bestätigung das Buchung bezahlt ist,auf e mail Anfrage hotel.com bisher keine Antwort bekommen, musste anderes Apartment gehen und bezahlen, bitte hier alles mit Vorsicht genießen, was man bucht,nicht alles is serioues hier,Rupert from Austria 」

「Really good location, shops, restaurants club nearby, withing walkable distance, everything else within 20-25 minute cab ride. Bed very comfortable. Good size balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Only 2 negatives, no washing machine and the traffic noise in the early morning is loud. Overall I really liked it and would definately return. 」

「This property has a very good and hard-working host, and I think with more experience she'll be able to make into a great place to stay. The first issue was communication. If I had not initiated, there would have been no instruction whatsoever on how to get to the property. Google maps sometimes showed a location about a quarter mile from here and other times showed NHC Park, which was where it was actually located. Even once I had better instructions, it was still difficult to find the...
