Very clean hotel. Our room had great space with kitchen included. Room was always cleaned whenever requested. Everything has been great but can get a bit loud upstairs since there’s restaurant above.

Th staff could not have been more friendly and flexible. A very safe hotel in the CBD that doesn’t break the bank. Pay the slight enhancement to have a room on the side of the little park. Huge breakfast choice covering all options. Spacious rooms with fridge and cupboards for longer stays.

Good location, clean and spacious room

Stayed two nights in a room that was large, clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was within walking distance of several grocery stores, malls and restaurants. Given the proximity to the main road it was a little noisy, but manageable. The staff and security were friendly and welcoming. The staff was able to accommodate an early check in due to an early morning flight arrival which was much appreciated.

Great neat well kept hotel centrally located in Westlands area, you could literally walk to three Malls without using an Uber. They have 24/7 hotel staff that are there to always take care of your needs. A great place to stay.

I was supposed to get a welcome gift or drink being a gold member, but did not. Other than that everything was good, but while the room was spacious, I measured it to be about 440 square feet, it is not the 1200+ square feet as shown on the Hotels.com listing. This should be corrected.

Breakfast was not good - apple juice and orange juice was clearly mixed with water… ordered pork chops and got a mixture of lamp and pork. We also had a scare when one of the cleaners attempted to get into our room after hours - I believe he was after my Mac book computer which I left out by mistake. There’s also and ever presence of, who I can only assumed are the owners, parading the restaurant area who are not friendly at all. I would not stay here again..

Not bad.

Quite pleasant. My room (416) was large and had a great bed. My only complaints would be; no aircon, the WiFi was very hit and miss in the room, and the shower temperature was impossible to control. I’d stay here again, but it would have to be a different room.
