Staff are friendly and professional. Great location with grocery store, food court, pharmacy, cafe, bar and restaurant without stepping out of the complex. The rooms are spacious and have the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Transportation can be arranged for you upon pick up and drop off to any of the airports.

I stayed here for one week and had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Every staff member I interacted with—reception, chambermaids, and even the parking entrance team—was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. The location made everything easy. There was quick access to all amenities, and I always felt very safe walking around the area or taking Uber rides across town. Getting to the airport was simple as well, with the expressway conveniently nearby. The hotel staff also treated my fiancée with such kindness and care, which made our stay feel even more special. I will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to all my family and friends. Ps as I didn’t use the gym or swimming pool I left my rating blank

Great place to stay in Heart of Nairobi

Great place to stay in heart of Nairobi. Very convenient, very accessible, lots of amenities due to its location in a mall. Housekeeping was very good. Spacious apartments with a great view. Will stay again. Lovely Gym and Pool.

Excellent short stay

The staff were very helpful with information and instructions. It was easy to settle in and all amenities needed were available and easy to access. The residence was very clean and well maintained. It would be nice to have more sockets that accommodate various plug types for ease of charging laptops and phones.

This is almost the perfect stay in Nairobi. The price was fantastic, but the quality of the apartments is amazing. Extremely spacious and well equipped and within a five mk talk of the National museum. I felt safe walking around in the day, but with limited street lights I tended to uber at night - even short distances. The mall below the apartments has a food court and a well stocked modern supermarket with everything you need to prepare meals etc. the store has a liquor store if you want alcohol for your room. This will be my first place to check for any future stay in the city

Incredible service

During our stay at Broadwalk Residency we had an incredible experience from the moment we arrived to our check out, we were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff and I loved how the check-in process was quick and seamless. The apartment exceeded my expectations the place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. Having restaurants and shopping areas so close was a plus for me. One highlight was the hotel’s heated pool which made it enjoyable to swim in the evening, all along the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. It was a memorable stay.

Absolutely top-notch service! I highly recommend this place. Every single staff member here went above and beyond to help us with an unfortunate situation (which they didn't need to do, as they were not at fault) Bonus location that they are attached to a mall which makes getting quick items super convenient. Felt safe 100% of the time. As far as the actual stay, the apartment is exactly as pictured. It's spacious and beautiful.

Best residence hotel in Westlands

Brand new residence hotel, with excellent location. Had some big issues with the room on the 1st night but the owner himself took the responsibility and solved all issues. The room was extremely clean, well maintained. Lookinf forward to stay at your place once again.

We booked the penthouse suite. It was fabulous, great views, great size, great furniture, however we learned later that night, they have a nightclub above the penthouse suite! The music was far too loud during the wee hours of the morning (until about 3.30am), finally the music seemed to have just stopped, however, early morning, around 6.00am, we were woken up by what we think was the cleaning crew cleaning the nightclub! We asked to be moved, and were moved to the 6th floor (no compensation was offered considering we (thought) we booked the best room in the hotel, but could still hear the music from the nightclub (although it was a lot less quiet). I felt like that walls were paper thin. We could hear people in the hallway and we could hear the cleaners cleaning the room above us. in addition, the restaurant on the main floor wasn't great. We will not stay there again.
