「Friendly staff good information, helpful. 」

「Make up mirror handle was not holding up. No convenient way to dry your hair. Hair dryer cord too short and plug near the floor. Rest everything was excellent including staff, breakfast buffet and roof top restaurant.」

「The room is superb! Comfortable and clean! I arrived at around 10:30pm at night, their restaurant kitchen had already closed. It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! I really appreciate it. The kitchen and its fridge are clean. I love the little balcony which is so home-like and comfortable in the morning when you got up or just relaxing after dinner time! ...
