Rarely do i enjoy writing a review of a hotel because most are good but few are extraordinary. The staff (Peter at reception, Owen at breakfast) made every moment a relaxed and memorable stay. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, a breakfast buffet better than any other I've enjoyed in 36 countries! Highly recommend!

Although the property was undergoing renovations the noise was kept to a minimum and we were situated in the alternate wing across the path from the main building. Key card was deactivated several times as I had placed it by my phone. I had not had this happen in the past. But staff were quick to make it right. They are lovely.

A wonderful oasis in the heart of Nairobi

This a wonderful hotel with staff that makes you feel that you are at ‘home’. The beautiful gardens and pool make it feel like an oasis in the rush of Nairobi.

Great hotel. Lots of building work

Lovely stay. Please note there is building work underway at present and at times it was very noisy outside. Sitting next to the pool or sundeck was not great.
