Novotel exceeded our expectations in everything, good for its price, rooms are clean and bed is wonderful, located between two big shopping malls Sarit and Westgate. 「The room is superb! Comfortable and clean! I arrived at around 10:30pm at night, their restaurant kitchen had already closed. It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! I really appreciate it. The kitchen and its fridge are clean. I love the little balcony which is so home-like and comfortable in the morning when you got up or just relaxing after dinner time! ...
