「Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient surroundings were lovely, birds and interesting garden planting, a very restful place yet close to the heart of the city. Only one recommendation would be to add fresh water to a stagnant pond right beside the pool」

「酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不好，扣分。」

「We were not lucky on the night we stayed. There was a power outage late night in parts of Kenya and hotel’s power generator was on and it made loud noises. We could not sleep well. We understood that it was not hotel’s fault. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We will come back after our safari trip and we hope room will be quiet.」

「The room is superb! Comfortable and clean! I arrived at around 10:30pm at night, their restaurant kitchen had already closed. It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! I really appreciate it. The kitchen and its fridge are clean. I love the little balcony which is so home-like and comfortable in the morning when you got up or just relaxing after dinner time! ...

「I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.」
