Refrigerator didn’t work when I checked in, bathroom door was hard to stay shut, and AC wasn’t at the temerity expected. Impeccable service and hospitality, from the top to the bottom. Wonderful staff. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the security, and they were so kind, friendly and professional. It set the tone for my entire trip to Kenya. This hotel is very well managed.
