Great service from the staff, clean room we really enjoyed the food. We went to two restaurants in the property and we were not disappointed with the food and drinks that were provided. We also really enjoyed the deep soaking bathtub in our room.

The hotel is excellent and the staff went out of their way to be helpful in every way they could. A great experience. I liked the coffee scrub they gave every evening. We bought some flowers and they kindly supplied us with a vase. Warmed up our food for free and were generally very hospitable

The room was great. They did a turn down service which was amazing! The bed was comfy and large. The room had a great view. They were kind and the breakfast was good (able to order what you want and a buffet). The hotel felt very safe. I would go back again! I love the stay! It was so relaxing! I also like how they were able to check me in a bit early without any hassle really accomodating

Excellent stay! The staff were always so helpful. We had an issue with our room which was promptly investigated. When they could not resolve it, they offered a change of room and when we declined moving, they compensated us with breakfast on the house. The staff at the Meko restaurant were so helpful and kind. Got coffee on the house a few times. We had stayed at the start of our holiday then went to Zanzibar for 5 days and returned. Everyone welcomed us so well, it felt like home. Anything we needed, they would at least try their best to provide including flower vases, warming up foods, etc. thank you Victor, Samuel, purity and countless others. We really enjoyed our stay and I can say Kwetu really felt like home to us during our holiday.

We had three breakfasts that were all excellent, one lunch which ok but the service was extremely slow and two dinners which were also very slow service.
