The property is outdated, but the staff are fantastic The guest relations is fantastic Ms Abby takes her job seriously & do her best to make your stayed as comfortable as she can & also Ms Diana front desk very nice & very helpful. Grand old lady of a hotel

The Safari Club is a bit dated but is still an amazing venue. The hotel is centrally located and is well maintained. Staff are keen to help and Nairobi is easily accessible from here.

Didn’t like the fact guest had to leave by 10pm or they would charge $35. I come from the USA every six months and we have a lot of laughing up to do and just spending time talking. This was the only problem I had and it will cause me not to stay there again.
