「Perfect hotel 」

「Great staff, everyone was very accomodating 」

「I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.」

「One of the best places to stay in Nairobi. Close to most places, friendly staff, great food and very safe for a stay.」

「Glad I had booked same hotel for further 4 nights after my initial stay 7 nights . Everywhere seemed so clean and the staff were very helpful. Only thing I noticed was as a solo traveler you make sure they give you the room type you have paid for. I got told only room available was at the residence building opposite the main hotel when I had paid for superior standard room but this got resolved the next day 」

「A friend of the owner of this hotel approached us in hotel lobby and recommended the breakfast of this hotel to us, saying owner would only charge us USD5 per person even the regular price is USD10. We paid USD5 each to have the breakfast, and later in the afternoon we found out buffet dinner was only USD13. The rooms only has basic things and is quite rundown. It is not worth HK$800+ a night double occupancy. 」

「The personnel were calm, courteous, helpful, caring and competent at their jobs. We felt completely safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was right there. The staff made us feel so comfortable. The food at the Harvest Restaurant was excellent as well as BangBang. Shopping was marvelous. Nowhere else in the world did we find people who were soft in speech and never shouting. Definitely would stay here again. We used the laundry service twice and all perfect.」
