「Excellent Staff, Breakfast, Spa, and Bay Views! Just be aware high tide comes in at 8-9am so leave early! Best second floor! Cars get submerged after 8:30am so parking is limited. Beautiful Mount Tamalpais! Great price and an hour drive into the Embarcadero is easy peasy and pass thru Golden Gate! Bed was so comfy and modern furniture 」

「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...

「The reception desk was exceptional and the location and quality of the well appointed room couldn't have been better, will definitely be back and visit again! However, I would recommend calling the actual hotel you are wanting to book before booking with Expedia. The hotel pricing upon check-in was below Expedia's listed rate and after a long conversation with Expedia, they didn't honor the lower rate. In my opinion, this is a poor business decision by Expedia and I won't be using their services...

「Rooms were clean and included a very nice kitchen facility. The one missing item was Kleenex or equivalent tissues. It was a rainy evening, and the noise of traffic on a wet road was quite loud, albeit acting as white noise for getting to sleep. The staff was great. 」
