「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...

「The stay was excellent. The hotel is an older hotel but puts you in the main downtown area. We were greeted by host Robin. She went out of her way to help with everything. She knows the area very well and adjacent towns. She provided tips for travel Muir Woods , Mt Tamalpias and the coast. She directed us to Restaurants, Ferry and what to during our stay, including a day in San Francisco . Robin is a gem and made our stay a 10!!」

「Very impressive. Staff was nice and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and decent. Love the design of the mansion. It was a pity that we cannot try the fine dining at this beautiful hotel due to their maintenance. Will surely come back in the future!」
