「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...
「They had all our amenities and wants covered, free street parking on the weekends (3 hours max during the day on weekdays), and with the wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hour open bar/ food it was really a good deal. Room service was available 24/7 and was a great price. Best stay ever for us in the city.」

Wanted location that was midway and walkable for all the major spots- GG park to pier 39, Chinatown, Ferry Building, etc. Star Motel blew us away with the upgraded rooms, ample FREE parking spots, location, and flexibility for our check-out needs. 100% would recd to friends and stay again. We were in room 208- corner upstairs room- and loved it. Mini fridge, AC, new showers, sky light, and more. Loved our stay!」
