「Paid extra for a deluxe room with river view and the room had an unpleasant odor and the AC didn’t work properly. Amenities and location were great.」

「The room and property was very nice, No TV service at all. The tub was extremely slippery casing both my husband and I to slip, this is very dangerous. In addition, directions to get from the parking garage to the hotel were not very clear.」

「This was our second time staying at this location. It has an older design and isn't the most modern property but it is well kept. The location is close enough to all the attractions but far enough to be nice and quiet.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at the lodges! It was close to everything but just far enough away from the busy main road. Plenty of space, great for families. Staff was extremely nice including the security guard watching over the parking lot at night. We are definitely making this place our yearly stay while in pigeon forge.」

「They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. 」

「I had hoped the location was the selling point but everything else added to a great choice of place to stay! The washer, dryer and full kitchen were all very useful, and having the chance to cook in the room helped keep costs down over eating out for every meal. The location couldn't be beat; lots of local choices for food and music and downtown was an easy walk when I wanted to experience that more. All in all, a great experience and I look forward to booking again!」
