「This was a good place for us to stay. The only problem we had was the bed was firmer than I like but my husband enjoyed it and it breakfast was great but the service needed work. Other than that, is was great! Very quiet too.」

「Room and bathroom clean. Appreciated the refrigerator with freezer to freeze our cooler refreezable ice pack. Could improve on the breakfast selection, and quantities. We came down at 8 AM and their was very little left.」

「The property looks like it was probably built in the 1970’s but the rooms are clean have a mini fridge and microwave in them and have been updated. If you are looking to save money this place is not bad. Had to wait awhile for the desk clerk to check us in but overall we are satisfied with our stay. 」

「Toilet would not flush」

「There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working 」
