「the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.」

The property itself is beautiful and clean, but the host's lack of organization led to serious safety issues during our stay. We were first given the door code to a room that wasn't ready (unmade bed, stained mattress cover). The host admitted it was her mistake, and we had to repack and switch rooms, which was a huge inconvenience. Two days later, the host gave our door code to another...

「They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..」
