「Cleanliness of guest room is ok. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is good. Food varieties are plenty. Swimming Pool is quite small.」

「The whole hotel is in bad shape. The room smells of a lot of humidity, and the toilet was leaking all day long. The so-called gym (one of the reasons why I've chosen this hotel) only offers a couple of treadmills and some rusty dumbbells. The swimming pool was clean, but the staff at the swimming pool was not helpful or welcoming enough. I didn't know where to get the towels, or if I could order food from the swimming pool and charge it to my room. There were 2 staff there, but only checking...

「The room is humid ， got mouldy n smelt bad, bedsheet has hair, the pillow inside mouldy , stained as well. The toilet was the same, the shower head dirty, black n mouldy, the door n the towels were, too. The only star i can give is for the help to change a room,, not the worst one,but mouldy n dirty, too.」

But it’s the people who made our stay. The team helped us arrange our trips to the Semenggoh orangutans and a wetland cruise, and thought of every detail so that traveling with three generations felt effortless. Breakfast was wonderful — Western and local...
