Excellent location fronting the river; walking distance to tourist sights & eateries. Service staff provide Excellent service. The downside of the hotel is its age,as well as its poor upkeep. Only 1 out of the 4 power outlets works. The bathroom feels uncleaned because of moldy grouting.

Nice hotel for a few nights stay. A few issues like the shower head kept falling out of the stand and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, but all in all it was a comfortable hotel with a decent breakfast, helpful staff and really well situated. Would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location. Excellent breakfast options - try the sarawak laksa. Staff are very helpful and the concierge was able to find tours for a solo traveller without having to pay for 2 people. I stayed in one of the older, cheaper rooms and the bathrooms are in need of renovation however it was still clean and everything worked well.
