「This Aparthotel is quite good and staff are helpful. Cleanliness of guest room is ok. Food varieties of Breakfast is limited.」

「All are good, locations, clean, only WiFi a bit slow」

「我本來以為房間寫說很多坪數是很大, 結果實際跟我理解差異太大, 但整體還OK」

「Cleanliness of guest room is ok. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is good. Food varieties are plenty. Swimming Pool is quite small.」

「Cove 55 was the perfect finale to our family trip. Tucked between the slopes of Mount Santubong and the South China Sea, it feels like a private retreat — our room was spacious, spotless, and so quiet at night that all we heard was the jungle. But it’s the people who made our stay. The so-called gym (one of the reasons why I've chosen this hotel) only offers a couple of treadmills and some rusty dumbbells. The swimming pool was clean, but the staff at the swimming pool was not helpful or welcoming enough. I didn't know where to get the towels, or if I could order food from the swimming pool and charge it to my room. There were 2 staff there, but only checking...

「Magnificent Hotel. The best Holiday brand has to offer in my opinion. This location was excellent and wonderful staff.」

「The Culvert is an atypical hotel accommodation. The cylinder shaped cocoons are clean and fun to stay in and the staff is very friendly. This is an open air concept with everything, except you room, being outside. Premises are located on a hill which means a lot of stairs - and they are no longer in perfect condition. The two pools are quite nice, but the furniture around them are showing signs of over use while cushions and mattresses are missing or engorged with water. The dining is quite...
