「The hotel itself is in great condition and looks well maintained, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the service is on the level of a hostel rather than a proper hotel. 「We had a nice stay. The soaps in the shower were watery and the toilet paper was single ply. It was clean and did the job for our one night stay. 」

「This was our first time staying on the French side, at Esmeralda. Overall, it is a decent resort; it consists of small villages, each containing four guest rooms.
