Lovely little villas and lovely breakfast. Do not miss dining on the property! One of the best dinners we had in St. Martin.

The private cabin feel was excellent, clean and private. The beach was 5 min walk away. Breakfast is not "American" style but very good. The hotel is not in the middle of town, you do need a car but having a car is an extra adventure, worth it. We would definitely go back.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were there during the "off" season so they were not all open, but we did not have any trouble finding delicious food. A free breakfast was included as was free beach chair/umbrella rental at several different beach locations. Each unit of 4 rooms has it's own swimming pool. There were donkeys, iguanas and cats roaming freely around. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are large and spacious and located perfectly within a 1-2 minute walk to the beach and beach clubs where you will spend your days. Each area has its own pool to lounge at, particularly at the end of the day. The on site restaurant is excellent with a perfect menu of options.

My second stay here, I am a repeat guest! I love this place! The location is perfect, it is clean, quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is always great whether you order something or just use the continental, and there is plenty of parking if you have a vehicle. As a solo traveler, I feel very safe in this area, and on the island which is a plus! The dinners at l’astrolabe restaurant are also yummy and delicious. I definitely recommend this place for a great stay!

Restaurant is AMAZING & Staff Soooo Great! Location great & room is calm & beautiful ambiance. As Americans, the hard key for room & pool were both difficult & annoying when you can't access without help? Close to Grand Case which is a MUST for foodies & walking to the square for variety of grea t food
