A little disappointed when we first got there but we cleared it up with our travel agent at Knotless Worldwide Events and Travel and realized that was what we requested. Overall we loved the place and my birthday trip was spectacular.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The property was clean and well maintained, and my room had a beautiful view overlooking the harbor. The room itself was spacious, and I especially loved the large porch where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was delightful. Clean and quiet beach front. Not a lot of gluten free food choices if you have celiac, allergy or other food restrictions. Would have liked to have the room cleaned daily but staff was attentive when we asked. Overall, a great experience and we would stay again!

The beach is stunning. The buildings are regal. You can see the water where ever you go. The islanders are very friendly nice people. Even the Airport is great, makes the US look silly. My wife and I have been on a lot of island trips but nothing was like this.

The staff was very helpful. Food was excellent! Every meal was great! Pools were ok but adult pool in need of retiling, which a sign said would be starting soon. We had a king guest room beachside which was great. It was wonderful to sit on patio with coffee in the morning and look at the ocean

This resort feels like you have come home to family. Every one is friendly and there is staff that have been there over 30 years. That speaks volumes. The location is prime. The beach is beautiful to float in. Clear as can be. Absolutely stunning views. Highly recommended

Beautiful resort, very family oriented. A lot of the bar and wait staff were inattentive and not happy with their jobs. Beach was amazing, parking was fine.

Ocean front room beautiful view, ac needed to be fixed, room cleaners showed up on 5th day of staying when i asked front desk, then decided to come the day after they cleaned to clean again n we declined n they wanted us to sign something, we bought all inclusive n was alittle different then most all inclusives we been too, having to swait n sign receipts each time we got a drink or food, which kindof took time from our vacation
