"Beautiful secluded property with true luxury onsen experience. Staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. They accommodated our large family of 11, including a few different food allergies very well. The teenagers loved the private and public hot baths. "The staffs were extremely helpful during the check in by carrying all luggage’s and guided us all the way to our rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious. The onsen in the room is well maintained and with great view. The breakfast was way beyond expectation. Although the hotel is a bit far from train station, by the hotel shuttle service made it very convenience. Great hotel and excellent service!"

"I had a fantastic stay here! We have stayed in Japanese style room , where you can feel like in real Japan. The highlight was definitely the rooftop natural hot spring (onsen)—the mountain views while soaking were incredible. The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to the bus, making local travel a breeze. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Highly recommended!"
