"Stayed here two years in a row. Love it. Can’t beat the location, 1-2 minutes away from entrances to red and blue (5-7 min) MTR lines. Direct overpass connection to taipei 101. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel pool is nice. If you are Hyatt member, be sure to use the sauna for free. First timer ask staff to walk you through the process of using the sauna. Gym is 24/7, was there at 2-3 am and i am not the only one working out. Don’t miss the freshly baked goods at lobby, the strawberry bread is a must try! Will be back next year!"

"Hotel is beautiful. Some staff are friendlier than others. It was a little ways to walk to the pool, but shuttle is available between certain times. We didn’t try any restaurants. We used readily available taxi’s, so can’t comment on how the shuttles operated. It was a pleasant stay. "
