「Personnel Tre désagréable , chambre sale」

「My stay at Mary's Boon was ok. I do not like dogs and so the presence of the dogs was not pleasant for me. The resort itself is nice but I did not like the access road to it. The staff was generally pleasant and helpful. They arranged a taxi pick-up to take me to the airport upon request. The place is just a few steps away from the beach and just a few minutes from the airport. You can literally watch and hear the planes take off. My room which was downstairs was comfortable but sandy....

「Have been going to the Flamingo before it was purchased by Hilton. Hilton did a nice job on the rebuild after hurricane Irma. Room was clean except floor always had sand on it. Staff did bare minimum on checkin, checkout. They did not share much information unless asked. On check out they stated we had an outstanding charge from the restaurant. It took some doing but they found the mistake and removed the charge. We never ate there. Was there for 13 days and they serviced the room twice. All...

「The room was comfortable and it was in walking distance to restaurants, bars and groceries. There will be some noise at night because there are active night spots around. I would stay again.」

「Niko was great with communication. Cocovaa was so cute, perfect for my quick stay. The bar/restaurant next door had good food and friendly staff. The beach was so calm and quiet. I will 100% be back.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The beach is accessible and clean and nice. Not much to do in the actual hotel but the location is great to get to everything. The one younger woman that works the front desk isn’t so pleasant and you almost feel like you’re a bother to her. But the older woman and young man are pleasant and helpful. I would recommend it for a stay if you’re an independent traveller and not looking for much amenities in a hotel.」

「The property was so quiet. The staff are AMAZING! The room is quiet, and spacious too. A perfect stay for short or long term.」

「First night, my wife was bitten a lot by mosquitos. I pointed it out the staff_all they can say that's normal to us. Our parking in the cabins is said to hold 4 vehicles. Again told the staff and asked if i can just park at the bottom. Being the property is on an uphill, it VERY dangerous to maneuver and park.」

「Some of the staff were nice others were rude dismissive and didn’t seem like they had any time for questions. Breakfast buffet was OK. I definitely wouldn’t pay for the all-inclusive here. Rooms are extremely out of date, came with family and we wanted to stream on the TV from our phone. Only one room has a smart TV, which is odd because I would assume every room has the same type of TV. Mold in the bathroom, food was pretty basic, service is slow, asked for something more than once for our room...
