「The staff are great except for the people at the reception desk. I don’t know why but except for the woman who checked us in whenever we went to ask for something we got attitude. Shout out to Allaya who worked pool service. They should have her teaching customer service. Overall great place, friendly staff and clean. 」

「The location was away from everything and secluded. The property is nice, but a little dated. Food options were nice and we enjoyed it. We upgraded to the walkout pool and the pool was dirty and did not work. Once we informed them, they did not repair it. 」

「I really loved this hotel. It's safe, the staff are wonderful, and everything you need is right there! The beach, restaurant, and rooms are all so close together and lovely. The only downsides: 1. the rooms, which are adequate but not super clean, especially the bathroom. And 2. the location. It's quite hard to get to, but the taxi drivers are lovely. Overall, definitely will be returning. 」

「Divi is the nicest resort on the island. It's been 25 years since we've been and Oceans at Divi has been added since as well the newer pools, pureocean restaurant, Gizmo's and Slice. The resort is beautiful, safe, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly want except room service. This was the only service we wish was offered that we thoroughly enjoyed at other all-inclusives we've experienced. We gave staff only 4 stars as we encountered a few very unfriendly staff members as well...

「For one night stay it's OK. I can't imagine staying a week there. Air condition is amazing considering the awful heat. Initial room cleanliness is acceptable. Beta are comfortable. However, the sheets that were delivered to our sofa bed were not washed properly. One other thing I realize about budget hotel stays is important bathroom facilities i.e. Toilets, they're always some disappointment. Our toilet would not flush properly. Why can't the basic plumbing stuff just be top priority for...
