「Personnel Tre désagréable , chambre sale」

「I had no hot water from the time we arrived until the time we left. I kept contacting the staff and got one response saying it would be fixed and nothing ever changed. The owner finally stood outside my room on Sunday and said he would refund me half and would have the hot water fixed but then the power went out around midnight and didn’t come back on until Monday at 6:19am and not a single word from the staff. 「Loved our stay in a one bedroom suite! Our room was lovely, very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating our complimentary breakfast (very good) on our terrace. We often stopped by the pool area on our way back from the beach. It is beautiful and a great place to relax and cool off. The evening shuttle to Grande Case gave us the option to catch a ride, though we often walked as it’s close by and we enjoyed the walk. Many great restaurants in the area….we loved Java...

「The all inclusive Amenity was a waste of money. They did not come to the room to replenish what was in the refrigerator rather you had to search for place on the property to do it yourself. The employee in the grocery store located on the property was extremely rude. Most of the staff in general were not helpful at all. The resort was extremely difficult to move around. Staff never come to clean my room no day what I stayed on the resort. I would not recommend this resort at all! My parents...
