「Pretty hotel, lovely grounds, tasty food. Rooms tidy, attractive, comfortable. Splurge on a room with view of the grounds and lagoon, upper floors, with balcony. Housekeeping staff so friendly. Front desk staff, males were efficient, polite and smiled. Females were efficient, curt, sullen, never smiled. But I am told they are this way because they are French women. It’s like a disability, so we must forgive them.」

「Potential guests need to know that this is not an accessible hotel. There is a full set of stairs leading to the lobby. Stairway leading to rooms is steep and narrow. There were spider webs in the room. Staff did not remove them during our stay. We asked for an additional blanket, but it was stained and smelled. I paid a non-refundable $3 fee for a beach towel. 「Staff was very unfriendly. NO service at all and waiters were pretending most of the time that they didn't hear you every time you were asking for smth.....like utensils that were not on the table most of the time. Very disorganized when it comes to the restaurants all over the resort.」

「It’s a MOTEL not a HOTEL, if you are looking for somewhere to rest and have your baggages secured, this place would be ideal. It’s located directly in the town, within less than 2 minutes to the beach, About 6 minutes from front street, back street, boardwalk and restaurants. There was not safety concerns. The images are very accurate. Our room (kitchenette studio) was clean and the appliances were functional, beware there is no microwave. There was parking and the staff were attentive. 」

「View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. It is loud when they are partying and the bass shakes the whole block. Be aware of that. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant it closes at 8,...

「Poolside chairs and amenities were very nice, very nice view. Great location. It's the small things that didn't make it a 4 or 5 star. Staff was mediocre - front desk check in not so friendly, The wifi was terrible in room, our A/C setting didn't work and they made it our responsibility to followup with maintenance, cleaning staff didn't fill up toiletries, and even when proctively asked for later check out, said had to check the day of and then said our room was given out.」

「I had a great time. Every staff member is helpful and very nice. My favorite amenity was the swimming pool. It's shared between four rooms. But in reality it's like your private pool. Good breakfast (not savory, you have to pay extra for that), gourmet dinner. Merci, Esmeralda!」
