A nice option right across the street from the beach of Grand Case. Only a 5-10 minute walk from the best dining on St. Martin. Easy to rent beach chairs from beach clubs.

Koho hotel stood out for its wonderful location in Grand Case near the waterfront and the helpfulness of the family that owns it and the attached restaurant. Our room was both spacious and cozy, clean and airy, adjacent to a secluded courtyard. It also was very quiet in the midst of a very lively environment. Lots of restaurants, bars, clothing shops, and a quick shop for food and drinks nearby. Within easy walking distance of the dinghy dock. We highly recommend this hotel.

Small Affordable hotel in the thick Grand Case. It seems that new ownership just begun and the name is changing to KOHO. The staff are part of the owning family and were extremely helpful with everything. There are lots of fine restaurants nearby, but also relatively low-cost, bakery and other stores. And of course there’s a fantastic beach right across the street

Very cute boutique hotel, just walking distance from the beach and the restaurants. Alert for you may arrive at a closed door, so contact the property before arrival as for some reason they do not contact you with instructions.

Very boutique-esq. We weren’t expecting the bathroom to have only a curtain, but we didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a big inconvenience. The staff are extremely very very friendly. They had a dog(Shadow) and cat(didn’t get the name!), and they were just so loving. Great place to stay for for light travels (perhaps because of the room we booked), and great atmosphere. When we first checked in, I don’t know if the lady was a manager or owner, but she was an amazing host, thank you.

The shower did not drain properly. Standing in water. No sink by toilet so you have to go to shower room to wash your hands, not that uncommon in older buildings. No counter space in by sink in bathroom, TV did not work properly Could use some open garage cans so you don’t have to touch lid to throw things away Not sure how I ended up with a room with 2 bedrooms, and 50E more not what I originally reserved. But I put that on Expedia and change of ownership from when I reserved. The new owners are committed to fixing issues they inherited. Don’t let my review discourage you from booking. Very clean and great location in Grande Case and reasonably priced

loved the room and staff was so helpful. lots of gnats in the room and the music from the beach club was loud at night - not the hotels fault! they lent us beach towels. overall good experience.

The hot water didn’t work and the place was not clean. There was bugs everywhere with an electric fly swatter in our room, run down and felt very unsafe. We stayed an hour and handed our key in and left because it was unbearable to settle in there.

Gem in the heart of Grand Case

Hevea is a hidden little treasure in the center of Grand Case. Easy walking to dinners and beach. Checkin was pleasant and friendly ( even if we don’t speak French!) so glad we found them.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. Hevea has nice seating areas inside the courtyard and on the porch by the road. The beach is just steps away with many options for chairs and service. Grand Case has the best restaurants on the island with many close by. Only complaint was roosters crowing at 2am.(not on property). Desiree at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

Quaint, charming place

Everything was great except being able to get a full night's sleep. Neighbors next door have a rooster. He is very vocal around 5 a.m.
