We have had another wonderful stay at Princess Heights Luxury Hotel. We were there for 12 days and we love the location. We had the ocean view to wake up to every morning which was amazing and lovely to sit on the patio to wake up slowly. Very quiet location, attentive staff, good restaurants within driving distance. Dawn Beach is close to walk to but small. We were lucky to see some monkeys while there also. We highly recommend this location, however, you do need a car or use a taxi to get around. The pool was lovely and such a great way to relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The view was stunning and really made the experience special—definitely something we looked forward to every day. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, and everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Parking was also very convenient and hassle-free, which made a big difference. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.”

Very nice and gracious staff. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The rooms are very large and nice. The view of the morning sunrise was incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel lontano da tutto, bella camera con vista mare, ma scomoda. Personale all’accoglienza poco disponibile, maglio la signora che ci ha accompagnato in camera. La colazione consiste in qualche croissant che ti portano in camera, caffè e succo di frutta, ma li devi richiamare, non basta fissarla la sera prima!!

We loved this hotel for our family of 4. Lovely staff, unbeatable views/balcony, amazing fully stocked kitchen, delicious breakfast every morning, and wonderful pool too! This place had it all. We loved the location too - ideal to get to beaches on both sides with a rental car. Thank you for a very memorable stay!

Our stay at the Princess Resort was a lovely, quiet and relaxing experience. The views from our balcony were amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There are several wonderful restaurants within a 5 min drive. The roads in are very steep and bumpy with a lot of traffic, but that is true for the whole island. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. If you stay I’d suggest renting a car as it’s far from the airport and shops too far to walk. Nearby markets were great and inexpensive. I’ll definitely go back and stay here one day.

Lovely view. Friendly and helpful sstaff. Nice clean room. Continental breakfast delivered to the door with hot fresh croissants and coffee (believe me-I’ve had lots worse in Paris!). Downside- we had to climb up 4 flights of stairs to get to the elevator that took us 4 more levels to our room. They did get our luggage up by car by a back way. And if they were available they might have been able to take up up and down by car all the time. We aren’t young but were reasonably fit and able to do make the trips on foot but nowhere was there an indication that this was the case. It would have been a really big problem for a lot of people. Another good sized hill and more stairs to get down to the beach at the Marriott where we paid $150/day to use the pool, restaurant and beach chairs/umbrellas. You could walk on beach and sit on your own towels for free, if you wanted to. Recommend this property with caveats; and they should have indicated clearly the access issues before we booked.

Our stay at Princess Heights Resort in Sint Maarten was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the setting. The views over the ocean are simply breathtaking — endless shades of blue, nearby islands in the distance, and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you slow down and breathe. Everything is perfectly maintained and cleaned with exceptional care. Our suite was spacious, beautifully arranged, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It felt like a home away from home — only with paradise views from the balcony. Each morning, breakfast was brought directly to our room, which made us feel so spoiled and relaxed. The pool area is magnificent, overlooking the ocean, and wonderfully quiet — the perfect place to unwind. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made all the difference. We felt welcomed, valued, and sincerely cared for throughout our stay. This is not just a hotel — it’s a peaceful haven. We left with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return.

We enjoyed princess heights. Not super close to restaurants so keep that in mind. Being able to cook food for breakfast was a plus. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Jetted tub was a highlight to end each day. Would be nice if there was a screen on balcony door so you could leave open without mosquitoes coming in. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had essentials for cooking such as pans and dishware. Dish soap was appreciated.

This is a difficult review. A snowstorm hit my area which caused my flight to be canceled. I called the hotel who refused any refund bc my room was unrefundable. Eventually the manager agreed to extend my reservation for two day. I was able to find a flight out two days later. The staff itself were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was clean. Housekeeping was nice as well. The view from my room was incredible but our balcony was shared with the others rooms. Meaning others could actually possibly look straight into my room. So at night I would have to close my blinds. The TV didn’t work at all and the AC didn’t work the last night of my stay (in fairness I didn’t report the TV). You really need a rental car to get anywhere. There is a beach within walking distance which was very nice. Hotel did have free parking but some nights it was difficult to find an open space.

The room was very clean and very spacious. The service from arrival to room service was excellent. The room also has nice balcony with a good view. We recommend the small upgrade to the bigger suite. It’s only slightly more expensive but well worth it. I wish the pillows on the bed were a teeny bit better but that’s a minor complaint from such a great experience. We added an additional night and they upgraded the room for no additional cost.
