Everything about our stay at Mullet Bay Suites was wonderful. Amazing staff. Room was impeccable and beautiful. Great views. Next time I’ll get a balcony to drink my coffee. lol. Pool was fabulous and breakfast was delicious. I always had 2 cappuccinos, flat water, orange juice, and a side of eggs with my croissant and crepe. Chef was wonderful and took great pride in her work. The concierge Thomas was friendly and very helpful. He arranged a great day trip to Anguilla, Lotterie Farm, and many other beach days throughout the island. Already planning next vacation

We can’t say enough about Mullet Bay Suites and the amazing service. Firstly the property is fantastic and the units are like renting a high-end private condo for your stay rather than a cookie-cutter hotel. You can personalize your experience for those that prefer more independence to those that want a full-service hotel experience. The building and the units are clean, modern, safe and have everything you could need for your stay including great touches like portable beach chairs and umbrellas. The location could not be better for those that want to balance the best of St. Maarten’s beaches (Mullet Bay Beach is the best public beach we have visited in the world) while also offering local dining, supermarkets and destinations reachable by foot. Cupecoy is away from the bright touristy lights of Maho or Philipsburg yet easy to reach. But what sets Mullet Bay Suites apart is the customer service. The manager Emmanuel took a good vacation and made it great. A friendly, warm and charming man who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and was a quick text message away, any time we had a question. Great people make all the difference in the travel industry and Emmanuel is an example of how to excel. Add in the amazing support staff that work with the property - especially Cyril, the manager of the pool bar where you enjoy a terrific daily breakfast - and you have everything you need in a vacation property. We will return as soon as possible.

Honestly.. everything was amazing. Cleaning staff super nice. Clean good building good pool, good location, everything! Thomas from the front desk absolutely needs a personal shoutout.. he was a standout, went above and beyond for us. We were going to Pinel island for a day without knowing much and he quickly booked us a resto spot and took care of everything, he’s really a gem.

My experience began with the need to alter our reservation. I was unable to get flights to match the stay we had booked. Mr. Emmanuel took care of things in short order. On arriving, we were met by Alexandra who is an absolute joy. She took good care of us for the duration of our stay. Our unit was tastefully appointed, comfortably modern, and impeccably maintained. Checkout was the easiest I have ever experienced. My wife and I hope to return.

Great stay. Sweeping views of the beach and mountains. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Included breakfast was good. Pool is nice. Walkable to restaurants and bars. First time to the island and found it to be over built and over touristed. Annoying traffic. This place was an oasis.

Just a beautiful suite with all the amenities for an amazing stay and the view of the ocean and Mullet Bay Golf Course are absolutely worth it.
