「Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home. 」

「The hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to visit Sydney Opera House, QVB, The Rocks, and Darling Harbour all within walking distance. There were numerous restaurants around the hotel as well. During my six-night stay, I found the staff to be friendly and generous. 「Excellent location, room was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the door connected to the room next to us was found to be unlocked, which was a serious mistake. And service was not up to standard - we required maintenance for the malfunctioning TV, but it’s still not fixed after almost a day. I feel doubtful towards the hotel’s rating after my stay. 」

「The location is good next to a green park.10 minutes walk to a residential area with supermarket for shopping and wide range of food choice. Although the hotel is next to busy highway and airport I do not feel many noise during the stay. Room size and facilities are reasonable. 」
