"The room was upgraded to a gorgeous suite! Staff was wonderful and eager to please. We loved the lounge but wished there was more control over rowdy and noisy children who were highly disruptive. We’re staying at a Hyatt in Taipei now and there are frequent signs which prohibit children running, screaming or playing. "

The hotel is also attached to an upscale department store which is fun to visit. It The hotel is also across the street from the local train station. You can take a fairly short ride to Kaohsiung, which is a cool harbor town and perfect for a day trip."
