「Good property」

「We loved the staff, especially Darlene in Staunton, VA. She made my husband and me feel like friends, not just hotel guests!」

「Good location. Applebee's and Red lobster were walking distance. Easy access from.highway for a one night stay while on a road trip. Good breakfast variety.」

「It’s new and clean. Everyone is kind and nice. It’s close to the south gate of Shenandoah national park and the north gate of blue ridge road. 」

「Check in staff was nice. My issue was housekeeping, they opened the door on us twice while we were already settling in for the afternoon and were determined to enter the room, after I had already dismissed them.」

「Excellent stay for the price, the breakfast was more of a cold bar grab and go kind of scenario which was a little disappointing. They had a nice area set up with snacks and bottled drinks, the pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it, the room was clean, and the shower had good water pressure which is always a plus! Overall good place to stop for a one night stay.」

「This is an old-school inn in Staunton, which is a pretty town with lots of great restaurants. Both breakfast and dinner options were abundant. There was construction going on, involving the opening of a new building, but it did not impact my stay. This being Virginia, there was a smoking area on the end of the front porch, which felt quite genteel. Would stay again if the price is discounted.」

「First of all, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request you had. The breakfast was very good. They had two different flavors of waffle batter which is unusual and they had breakfast kielbasa with eggs and potatoes which was also something different. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was spotless.」

「Everything was nice. Breakfast was good except the juices didn't have any flavor. Our room was nice and smelled good! The tub was clogged. There was hair in the tub and on the floor but not enough for me not to return.」

「Light out in handicap shower. Popcorn ceiling peeling in bathroom. In the middle of nothing off hwy. Continental breakfast almost nonexistent. Several miles to town for food and fuel. Room WAS clean.」
