「Was under construction and the floors were very sticky. But had a great stay none the less.」

「Really nice and comfortable indoor pools」

「Everything feels good👍」

「Room good next to beach, lots of water pools for family and younger kids, but hotel is very old, narrow hallways,」

「First off I reserved and paid for my room thru expidia, when I arrived they said my room wasn't available, but they would upgrade me for the same price. They asked for my card to put a hold for incidentals. An hour later I looked at my register online and the hotel charged me for the upgraded room, so now I have paid twice. It was pulling teeth to get them to see their mistake and there is no phone number anywhere for expidia, I filed 2 complaints online thru expidia but still no call. Then...

「Bad place tolit in my room did not work all they said was just pour water in the tank when you use it will not go back」

「I explained at check in the hotel was charging me too much, as I had booked on the third party app. They said they couldn’t resolve it while we were there, as there was no manager on site. We were told it would be the next day, but it still was not resolved. They have yet to reach back out, so I have gotten the third party vendor involved to help with the reimbursement.」

「Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.」
