「As a whole, we have a satisfying and comfortable stay in here. The location is very convincing which is just right next to the Glink tram station and the beach. Everything is neat and tidy, the room is well-appointed. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The ocean view is breathtaking as well. The only thing is that the corridor light inside the room burnt out but it doesn’t really cause a big problem. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommend.」

「Stayed in a 4-bed female room for two night though the room weren't full. The best part of the room was its own bathroom/shower, meaning there won't be more than 4 people using it! The building wasn't new, but it was well maintained. The kitchen, bathroom, and the overall environment were all very clean, and the staff cleaned the kitchen several times a day. 「住宿環境棒，我們是8人同遊，住的是55樓的4房公寓，前後看景，有海景有街景很棒，但是可能太多人訂了所以有些門把有鬆動，但是當我下樓通知櫃檯時5分鐘後馬上有人上來維修，服務很好，還有，微波爐沒有中文說明，不懂得如何使用」

「第一次租住「Service Apartment」，老闆Michael & Karen 是一對熱情殷勤的好人，有問必答；兩人管理得酒店整整有條，雖然部份設施略舊，但整潔和齊全。客廳和飯廳面向黃金海岸沙灘，無敵海景；可以直接步行到沙灘。有暖水泳池（泳池略細）。地牢停車場每戶都有指定車位（車位略窄，不過Michael 會提醒你點樣停泊），非常適合自駕遊。我們會再回來。」
